The ABI Bankruptcy Battleground West program has a long tradition with the Los Angeles area insolvency community. The 15th Annual program is titled “Bankruptcy Battleground West: The Great Debates.” The program includes a luncheon presentation addressing the economic effects of the global war on terror and its implications for the insolvency community. Back for 2007 is the day-long Nuts & Bolts program (separate registration), an educational program for those new to insolvency practice. This year’s program promises to be exciting and informative. Don’t miss out!

The program of up to 5 CLE credit hours is pending for all states requiring CLE. Timely topics—all updated with the latest legislative revisions—include:

  • Pension Promises, Restructuring Reform and Municipal Insolvency
  • Debating Inter-creditor Agreements: Valuation and Control Issues
  • The Economic Effects of the Global War on Terror
  • The Vicinity of Insolvency: Recent Developments on the Ethical and Fiduciary Duties of Officers, Directors and Other Parties
  • Gearing Up for Real Estate Bankruptcies?
