4th ABI/Tulane University Law School Litigation Skills SymposiumMonday May 23–Thursday May 26, 2005Tulane Law School, New Orleans, La.The four-day Symposium offers insolvency practitioners a rare opportunity to gain critical skills in a unique learn-by-doing environment. The Symposium combines quality instruction with individualized critique. The expert faculty demonstrates specific advocacy skills necessary to be an effective practitioner. Participants work in small groups; their performances are videotaped and evaluated by the faculty who provide invaluable feedback on technique, style and strategy. The workshops include live performances by lay and expert witnesses. The final-day mock trials will be held at the Hale Boggs Federal Courthouse. The entire program is extremely work-intensive and interactive for both the attendees and faculty. Enrollment is limited to the first 24 registered practitioners to maximize the learning experience.
