General Membership - Employees of for-profit entities

Government/Professor/Auctioneer/Non-profit - Full time government employees, full time professors, full time credit counseling employees, auctioneers

International - Online membership (no hard copy mailings, Journal, etc) for those living outside North America and the Caribbean.

Legal Resource Professional - Full time paralegals, librarians, virtual bankruptcy assistants

Student - Full time law students (ABI reserves the right to request verification of matriculation and current attendance, and expected graduation)
