ABI to Host
London Conference This Fall

Alexandria, Va. —The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI)
will hold an International Insolvency Conference in
London on September 23, 2005 at the
Savoy Hotel. Chairman for the program is Ian Williams (Edward Geldard
Solicitors; Nottingham,
England), who is a
co-chair of ABI’s International Committee. He will be assisted by
a London Conference Advisory Board, consisting of members of the leading
insolvency firms in the United
Kingdom.
The conference will feature
four panel discussions on various international insolvency topics and an
open forum session involving a senior figure from the
U.K.
judiciary.
“The program will promote
greater understanding of the inter-relationship between the European and
U.S.
insolvency issues,” said Williams.
A number of firms are committed
