February 15, 2005, Alexandria, Va. —   Prof. Nathalie Martin was named the Robert M. Zinman ABI Resident Scholar for the fall 2005 semester. She is the Dickason professor at the University of New Mexico (UNM) School of Law. Prof.  Martin joined the UNM law faculty in 1998. She focuses her teaching and research on business law, with an emphasis on professionalism and ethics. She also has published articles and books on elder law. She taught business law courses at Temple University School of Law, where she obtained an LL.M. While there, she received an Abraham L. Freedman Fellowship. Martin turned to teaching after 10 years in private practice as a bankruptcy attorney. Since joining the UNM law faculty, Martin has taught summer sessions in Greece and Italy through Temple University's International Programs. She was recently named to serve on the Board of Directors of the American Board of Certification.

“ABI is delighted to have Nathalie as a future ABI Scholar,” said Samuel J.
