This area of ABI World was created to serve the needs of
journalists who cover bankruptcy. The American Bankruptcy Institute
(ABI) was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with
unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues. Since that time, the Institute
has become a major source of news and information for journalists and
Congress.
For media inquiries, please contact the Communications Department.
