ABI
Journal. ABI’s flagship publication, the ABI
Journal is written by ABI members for ABI members. Each issue is
filled with articles addressing every aspect of the bankruptcy world.
Regular columns address ongoing topics such as health care, financial
statements, consumer bankruptcy and much more, and feature articles
focus on pressing topics for the bankruptcy professional. Articles can
be found by choosing the year and issue, or by using the advanced search
function.
ABI Law Review. The
ABI Law Review is one of the most well respected scholarly
journals in the field. Most issues deal comprehensively with a single
theme. Back issues are online to enhance ABI World’s research
capacity.
West Bankruptcy
Newsletter. Provided by West, this weekly newsletter addresses
important bankruptcy topics.
Collier Case
Update. Courtesy of Collier, ABI World offers case summaries
online.
ABI Committee
Newsletters. A number of ABI Committees have started publishing
committee newsletters, and many others will be launching them in the
near future. These newsletters provide information on important
committee topics and the latest committee news. An archive allows you to
access all issues.
Bookstore. The new
ABI bookstore allows you to purchase the latest ABI publications online.
