Hotel
ABI has secured a block of rooms at the Artmore Hotel (1302 W. Peachtree Street), directly across from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. Rooms are being held on a first-come, first-served basis. The special room rate is $109 per night, and includes high speed wi-fi internet access and a full breakfast buffet. Reservations must be made by January 19, 2012. Call (404) 876-6100 or (800) 548-5631 and asking to be placed in the special-rated ABI block. ABI cannot guarantee anyone a room after the block is filled.
PROGRAM DATES AND FEES
The program will be held from Sunday, February 19 (attendance required at evening reception), through midday on Tuesday, February 21, 2012. The cost for participation is $399 for current ABI members, $649 for non-members (includes 1-year membership in ABI). This fee includes all receptions, breakfast and luncheon functions, instruction, written materials, video services and flash drive.

ADVANCED CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY PRACTICE INSTITUTE
The Advanced Consumer Bankruptcy Practice Institute (ACBPI) is a Tennessee 501(c)(3) nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. ACBPI has been producing National Institute of Trial Advocacy style litigation skills training seminars for consumer bankruptcy attorneys since 2002. Using a small-group model—a student-to- faculty ratio never exceeding 8-to-1—ACBPI has trained more than 475 consumer bankruptcy attorneys (representing creditors, debtors and trustees) at one-and-a-half day Institutes across the country.
Grants from the American Bankruptcy Institute, National Data Center and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees and enable ACBPI faculty to attend intensive training programs administered by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. A grant from the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges enabled ACBPI to begin acquiring the hardware, software and other equipment necessary to produce Institutes that include video reviews, PowerPoint presentations, online materials distribution and other Internet-based features.
ACBPI is an entirely voluntary organization. No officer, director or faculty member receives any compensation other than reimbursement of actual expenses for teaching at an Institute or attending faculty training sessions.
