2010 Northeast Consumer Winter Forum
ABI returns to Boston on January 18 for a day-long educational program at Suffolk University Law School, focusing on litigation in consumer bankruptcy cases. The program shall consist of panel discussions led by experts on current substantive issues in consumer bankruptcy cases and a litigation skills forum, featuring advice from bankruptcy judges and litigators. In addition, attendees are invited to join ABI Executive Director Samuel J. Gerdano, a former chief counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, for a lunchtime discussion on current and prospective legislative developments. A reception will follow the conclusion of the program at 4:30 PM. Approval for up to 5.5 hours of CLE credit is pending.
