Competition Details Introduction Welcome to the American Bankruptcy Institute/Kellogg School of Management Corporate Restructuring Competition. The purpose of the competition is to provide an opportunity for students from leading business schools to solve a hypothetical realistic business case of a distressed company, before an audience of experts in the turnaround/crisis management/restructuring industries.
The competition was co-sponsored by one of the nation's elite business schools and the premier educational institute in the field of insolvency, and one of the largest and most active investment banks in the restructuring arena.
