The first Nuts & Bolts program post-BAPCPA. An outstanding faculty of judges and practitioners will explain the fundamentals of bankruptcy. Topics covered include structure of the Code; commencing the case; concepts such as discharge, property of the estate, claims, priority, ethics, adequate protection and the automatic stay; executory contacts and leases; chapter 11 from beginning to end and chapter 7 from both the debtor and creditor perspectives. Watch in video format with the opportunity to earn CLE credit from the convenience of your home or office computer—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. General Bankruptcy Fundamentals

This three-part, 3.5-hour program fully covers the sources of bankruptcy law, jurisdiction and venue, basic concepts such as property of estate and claims, dischargeability, avoiding powers and more. The faculty includes a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, an ABI Resident Scholar and a co-author of the treatise, Bankruptcy in Practice.

Business Bankruptcy Fundamentals
This two-part, 3.5-hour program fully covers the procedures and strategies of the typical chapter 11 case from pre-bankruptcy planning through plan confirmation and beyond; DIP financing, executory contracts and leases, sales, workouts, corporate governance, and tax issues are also fully treated. The faculty includes a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge as well as attorney and nonattorney professionals experienced in corporate reorganizations.
