Conference will feature Views from the Bench—Supreme Court Year in
Review; a plenary session on Circuit Splits: Divergent Precedents and
Practices Among the First, Second and Third Circuits; and hands-on
sessions for both consumer and business insolvency professionals. Up to
10 hours of CLE/CPE credit, including 1.5 hours of ethics, is pending in
