Reynolds Plantation draws on local history and culture as the foundation

unparalleled experience.
The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation, host hotel for SEBW, is sold out on
July 28. Rooms are still available at the resort for all other
dates.

Accomodations
ABI has arranged special per-night conference rates of $209
single/double, $309 suite or cottage room, and $450 for a
two-bedroom golf cottage. Make your reservations by June
30 to reserve the special rate. The resort will sell out. Rooms
are held on a first-come, first-served basis. ABI cannot guarantee
anyone a room after June 30 or after the special-rated ABI block is
filled. You will receive a special room reservation form after you have
registered with ABI; return this form to the Ritz-Carlton Lodge Reynolds
Plantation to qualify for the special ABI room rate.
Reservations may be made only after you have registered with
ABI. Upon payment of the conference registration fees, you will
receive a hotel reservation form with your conference confirmation.
Rooms are held on a first-come, first-served basis. ABI cannot
guarantee anyone a room after the special-rated ABI block is
filled.
Continuing Education Credit
Approval for approximately 16.5 hours of CLE credit, including
3 hours of ethics, is available. CPE credit is also available;
mark the appropriate box on the registration form.
California MCLE—ABI certifies that this activity has been
approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of
16.5 hours, of which three hours will apply to legal ethics.
Refund Policy
Conference registration fees, except a $75 handling fee, will be
refunded if written notice of cancellation is received by July 16, 2004.
No refunds will be granted after July 16, but
substitutions will be allowed.
