For course materials and/or cassette orders, individuals or firms with a Washington D.C. address should add 5.75% sales tax, VA 4.5%, MD 5.0%, and PA 6.0% (or 7.0% if from Philadelphia or Allegheny County.) Free domestic UPS shipping is included.
