Washington Nationals Baseball Game
Baseball is back in the Nation’s Capitol! ABI will “Take
You Out to the Ballgame” by motor coach on Friday, April 29 at
5:45 pm for the game against the New York Mets, led by newly acquired
Carlos Beltran and Pedro Martinez. Tickets can be purchased for $60 by
marking the appropriate box on the registration form.
The Capitol Steps at the Ronald Reagan International
Trade Center
The Capitol Steps—a troupe of current and former congressional
staffers takes a hilarious look at personalities on Capitol Hill and the
Oval Office. Millions have enjoyed their always-fresh material.
Conference attendees and their guests are invited to purchase tickets
($32.00 each) for a performance on Friday, April 29 at 7:30 pm in the
Amphitheater of the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center. A limited

David Copperfield at the Warner Theater
David Copperfield has been hailed by audiences and critics alike as
the greatest illusionist of our time. Copperfield elevates the ancient
art of magic to new heights and redefined it along the way. Be wowed and
awed by his extraordinary skills on Friday, April 29 at 9:00 pm. A

ABI Endowment Fund Dinner at Tudor Place Historic
House & Garden (by invitation only)
Tudor Place was built by Martha Washington’s granddaughter,
Martha Custis Peter, and her husband Thomas Peter, son of a successful
Scottish tobacco merchant, landowner, and the first mayor of Georgetown.
Tudor Place brings to life the cultural and social history of over 180
years of the Peter family and is the only historic site in Washington
that remains largely intact, including a 5½ acre garden which
reflects each generation’s contribution to this distinctly
Southern landscape. Invitations will be sent to those who have
contributed $5,000 and above between December 6, 2004 and April 29,
2005.

served on Friday, April 29 at 2:00 pm to conference attendees and

Habitat for Humanity Homebuilding Project
DC Habitat for Humanity (DC HFH) seeks to eliminate poverty housing
and homelessness in the nation’s capital by building affordable,
energy efficient homes. Currently, DC HFH is building 53 homes on a
4.3-acre lot in NE quadrant of the city over the next five years. On
Saturday, April 30, conference attendees will have the opportunity to
make this project a reality. A bus will leave the JW Marriott at 12:30
pm and will return at approximately 5:30 pm; please mark the appropriate
box on the registration form to attend.
Final Night Gala with Entertainment by Richard Jeni
and ABI’s Indubitable Equivalents
Headlining the ABI Final Night Gala is Richard Jeni, a comedian TV
Guide has called “flat-out hilarious” and People Magazine
agrees, quipping he is “thrilling to watch.” Jeni is a
regular on “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno and “Late
Night” with David Letterman and he can be seen on HBO where he
made his solo debut this winter in a riotous hour of urban insights,
off-the-wall characterizations and couch-potato humor.
Following Jeni’s performance will be ABI’s house band,
the Indubitable Equivalents, jamming to classic rock of the 60s and 70s.
