Annual Golf Tournament

The shotgun golf tournament will take place on Friday, July 15 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ocean Edge Golf Club. The $140 fee includes greens fee and cart. Beverages, box lunches and prizes will be provided. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form if you plan to play; participants of all skill levels are encouraged to join in the tournament.

Annual Tennis Tournament

The tennis tournament will take place on Friday, July 15 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ocean Edge tennis courts. Beverages, box lunches and prizes will be provided. Participants of all skill levels are encouraged to play. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form if you plan to play. The event is limited to the first 35 participants.

Annual Tour de ABI

Join ABI for the ninth annual Tour de ABI on Friday, July 15 at 1:00 p.m. Bike at your own pace through the scenic beach towns of Cape Cod. Boxed lunches will be provided and the ride will begin after lunch. The tour is limited to the first 40 participants. Please select the appropriate box if you need a rental ($15 each).

Dune Tour

Take a one-hour journey in a climate controlled Suburban to the outer reaches of the Cape Cod National Seashore. You’ll see a part of Cape Cod that is rarely seen as you travel through fragrant pine woods, fields of beach grass and beach plum, and of course, through the sand dunes. You will see the beach shacks of yesteryear, where many famous writers and artists lived. Transportation departs at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15. This is approximately a four-hour event. Boxed lunches will be provided. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Family Olympics I and II

Families participate in a variety of lawn games such as sack races, water balloon toss, egg relay and pie-eating contest, offered at two different times. The games will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15 and Friday, July 16. Space is limited for these events and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Kayak Outing

Sponsored by Continental Plants Group LLC and Law Office of Jay S. Geller

See Cape Cod as it was seen by the early settlers on a two-hour kayak adventure. This guided tour will take you through the waters of Orleans and the sights of Pleasant Bay and the surrounding salt marshes and sand dunes. No experience is necessary, as training will be provided prior to boarding the kayaks. Transportation departs at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16. The $30 fee includes boxed lunch, transportation, guide and kayak rental. Space is limited for this event and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Croquet Competition

Enjoy a local pastime on Ocean Edge’s regulation croquet court and expansive lawn. The competition begins at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16. Space is limited for this event and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sailing Hyannis Harbor

Take a two-hour sail through historic Hyannis Harbor on a classic Cape Cod catboat. You’ll have an oceanfront view of local landmarks such as the Point Gammon Light house, Great Island and the Kennedy compound. After the sail there will be free time on Main Street in Hyannis. The $50 fee includes boxed lunch and transportation. Transportation departs at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 16. Space is very limited for this event and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Seal Watch

Experience the waters surrounding Chatham on this 90-minute seal watch. You will be taken from Chatham Harbor out to explore Monomoy where hundreds of harbor seals bask in the sun. The $15 fee includes boxed lunch and transportation. Transportation departs at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16. Space is very limited for this event and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Kids Camp

Kids (ages 4–12) will be safe and having fun under the supervision of the Ocean Edgventure Kid’s qualified staff, leaving moms and dads worry-free. Each day, the camp will be themed to provide extra excitement with activities and games. Lunch and snacks are included. Full-day (9 a.m.–5 p.m.), half-day (9 a.m.–12 noon or 1 p.m.–5 p.m.) and evening hours (6 p.m.–10 p.m.) are available. Space is limited.
