Accomodations

ABI has arranged for special conference rates of $299 single/double. To secure the special rate, reservations must be made by January 6, 2006. Reservations may be made only once you have registered with ABI. Upon payment of the conference registration fees, you will receive a hotel reservation form with your conference confirmation. Rooms are held on a first-come, first-served basis. ABI cannot guarantee anyone a room after the special-rated ABI block is filled.

Cancellation Policy

All conference registration fees, except a $75 handling fee, will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received by January 6, 2005. No refunds will be granted after January 21, but substitutions will be allowed.
