In the second year of an exciting new format and location, the 2006 ABI Investment Banking Committee presents the Complex Financial Restructuring Program. The program will offer a unique approach to understanding the role of investment bankers in insolvency and restructuring contexts. A case study will be presented which will dramatize the various perspectives of parties-in-interest as they examine strategic alternatives and seek the highest value for an insolvent company.
