This unique webinar will focus exclusively on the most important aspects of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (Public Law No: 109-280)  for bankruptcy attorneys and turnaround specialists.  A distinguished faculty will lead you through the key changes to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the bankruptcy process applicable in insolvency.  In this interactive webinar format, you will be able to listen to speakers on your phone while simultaneously accessing program materials on the Web.  The speakers will also be available to answer questions by phone during the program.       

John Hanley, Director of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBCC),  will review the PBGC’s schedule for implementing  rules and regulations.

Carol Connor Flowe has more than 25 years of experience in pensions and bankruptcy, including six years as general counsel of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

John Tittle of LECG, LLC has more than 25 years of bankruptcy advisory, restructuring and financial consulting practice in industry sectors including retail, Internet, insurance and construction. 

Mike Cox, managing director of the Seabury Group, has more than 20 years of airline and aviation-related experience, including the successful reorganization efforts at US Airways and Air Canada. He will tackle airline pension reform.
