IWIRC Luncheon & Founders Awards
Thursday April 12, 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
The International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring
Confederation (IWIRC) annual luncheon will be held at the Renaissance
Hotel, 999 Ninth Street NW. This outstanding women’s networking
association luncheon will feature keynote speaker Nina Totenberg,
National Public Radio’s award-winning legal affairs correspondent,
and will include the presentation of IWIRC’s Founders’
Awards. Bus transportation to and from the luncheon will be provided to
attendees and will depart from the JW Marriott at 10:30 a.m. Tickets are
$65 for IWIRC members and $75 for non-members; please check the
appropriate box on the registration form.
Baltimore Orioles Baseball Game
Friday April 13, 5:00 p.m.
Oriole Park at Camden Yards, the beautiful baseball-only facility in
downtown Baltimore, will play host to the Kansas City Royals on Friday,
April 13. You will depart by motor coach at 5:00 pm from the JW Marriott
Hotel to Camden Yards. Tickets are $85 each; please mark the appropriate
box on the registration form.
The Capitol Steps at the Ronald Reagan International
Trade Center
Friday April 13, 7:30-9:30 p.m.
The Capitol Steps – a troupe of current and former congressional
staffers that monitors events and personalities on Capitol Hill, in the
Oval Office and in other centers of power and prestige – take a
humorous look at serious issues. Millions have enjoyed their
always-fresh material. Conference attendees and their guests are invited
to purchase tickets for $35 each for a performance on Friday, April 13
at 7:30 pm in the Amphitheater of the Ronald Reagan International Trade
Center. A limited number of tickets are available; they will be
distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the

ABI Endowment Fund Dinner at Evermay Historic House
in Georgetown (invitation only)

Evermay is a private, historic Federal-period house built in 1801 and a
sanctuary located in the heart of Georgetown and America’s
hometown of the Nation’s capital, Washington, D.C. The property
was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973 and is
known as one of the “Great Homes” within the Georgetown
Historic District. Evermay is one of the last privately owned historic
estate homes in the Washington area, and as such strives to welcome
guests with the warmth and elegance of a time gone by.
