Please join ABI at its inaugural U.S./Mexico Restructuring Symposium in Mexico City. The Symposium features some of North and Central America’s top professionals in crossborder restructuring, speaking on the industry’s hottest topics. The contrasts between U.S. and Mexican law will be explored, focusing on cases under the Concurso Mercantil. Out-of court restructuring and distressed-investing opportunities in Mexico will also be discussed.
