New this year is the stand-alone program “Bankruptcy Fundamentals: Nuts & Bolts for Young and New Practitioners” on Thursday, October 4, 2012, at the Charles Evans Whittaker Courthouse in Kansas City, Missouri. This day-long educational forum is designed to appeal to professionals who are new to bankruptcy or are transitioning into bankruptcy practice. It also serves as a great refresher for experienced practitioners. Updated to include recent case law, an outstanding faculty of judges, academics and attorneys will explain the fundamentals of bankruptcy. Take $50 off of the $245 registration fee with your commitment to handle two pro bono cases*! * ABI is pleased to offer a discounted rate of $195 to any registrant of the Nuts and Bolts program who is admitted to practice law and commits to accept at least two pro bono bankruptcy cases within a year of attending the Program.
