Monomoy Island Tour

Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge is a 2,750-acre wilderness area off the coast of Chatham. You will travel to the island by small boat and take a walking tour led by a naturalist that gives you the opportunity to set foot on South Monomoy Island and walk out to the historic Monomoy Lighthouse. You will also be on a wildlife sighting tour looking for white-tail deer, owls, gray seals on the beach and many more of the island's residents. The refuge is a birder’s paradise, and depending on the season there are sometimes thousands of nesting and migrating birds stopping off here. Boxed lunches and transportation will be provided. The fee for this five-and-a-half-hour event is $25. This tour is not open to children under the age of 12.

Golf Tournament

Ocean Edge Resort & Club on Cape Cod will be opening the new $6.6 million Nicklaus Design Golf course. The total Nicklaus overhaul of the Ocean Edge Golf course has remodeled and reshaped all greens and holes, with the most significant changes being increased length, better playability and more challenges on the course. ABI’s Northeast Tournament will be one of the first groups to play on this exciting new redesign! The fee for the shotgun golf tournament is $150 and includes greens fee and cart. Pirate Boat Adventure

Grab your fishing gear and get ready for five hours of fishing with your colleagues! Monomoy Island off Chatham proves to be a nice draw for the stripers and the blues trying to navigate around the Cape’s elbow. The charter boats will leave from Saquatucket harbor and head into Nantucket Sound and the waters around Monomoy. Each sponsor is generously hosting a boat, but space is extremely limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. This event will sell out very quickly! Kayak Outing

See Cape Cod on this two-hour kayak adventure as it was seen by the early settlers. This guided tour will take you through the waters of Orleans and the sights of Pleasant Bay, as well as the surrounding salt marshes and sand dunes. No kayaking experience is necessary; training will be provided prior to boarding the kayaks. The $25 fee includes a boxed lunch, transportation, guide and kayak rental. Kidz Camp

Kids (ages 4-12) will be safe and having fun under the supervision of the Ocean Edge’s qualified staff, leaving moms and dads worry-free. Full-day (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) and half-day (8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. or 1:00-5:00 p.m.) are available.
