Golf Tournament at Stowe Mountain Golf Club

Play the course that has caught the attention of the golfing world! Stowe Mountain Golf Club reaches heights of 1,800 feet, with views to match. This wilderness course winds around a sparkling lake, babbling brooks and hardwood forests and sits nestled between Mt. Mansfield and Spruce Peak. This private course is sure to test your skills while it awes you with its beauty. The fee for the shotgun golf tournament is $205 per player and includes green fee, cart, boxed lunch and prizes. Participants of all skill levels are encouraged to join in the tournament. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form to play, and indicate your handicap. For those participating in the ABI Golf Tour, this is the third stop leading to the 2014 Great American Cup, sponsored by Great American Group. Tennis Tournament

Tour de ABI

Join us for the annual Tour de ABI bike ride as one of the expert bikers, or you can opt to enjoy a relaxing ride on a comfortable cruiser as you explore the award-winning Stowe Recreation Path. This 5.2-mile, fairly flat trail meanders along the West Branch River and into the village of Stowe. Boxed lunches will be provided, and the ride will begin after lunch. The fee is $25 per person; bike rentals are available for an additional $25. The per-person fee for the Tour de ABI along the Stowe Recreational Path is $50, which includes bike rental. Smugglers’ Notch Zip-Lining

Soar through the forests and explore the trees and vistas of the Green Mountains of Vermont as you ride along up to 4,635 feet of zip lines, cross sky bridges high above the forest floor and rappel from trees. Designed to educate, entertain and inspire, this zip line canopy tour will deliver an unforgettable experience. Participants should have average mobility and strength, be in reasonably good health, weigh between 70 and 250 pounds and fit properly into the safety equipment provided. The tour is for ages 8 and older, and participants must be at least 48” in height. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Women who are pregnant or think they might be pregnant should not go on the canopy tour. The fee is $125 per person, which includes transportation and equipment. Join Vermont Canoe and Kayak for an excursion that combines an hour-and-a-half guided paddle with a visit to Boyden Valley Winery in your choice of boat. At the winery, you’ll be treated to a wine tour, wine tasting, and a platter of Vermont cheddar cheeses and fresh baguettes. You will then be transported back to Stowe Mountain Lodge from the winery by car. The $100-per-person fee includes boxed lunch and transportation. All ages and ability levels are welcome, and the guide-to-guest ratio will never be more than 4:1, ensuring personalized instruction from your guide. Horseback Trail Ride

Lajoie Stables horses will take you on a peaceful, relaxing trail ride through the hardwoods, into a grove of Blue Spruce, and through pristine open pastures. Views of Mt.
