The educational program has been developed to provide attendees with an interactive learning experience led by a faculty of prominent national and regional bankruptcy judges as well as experienced practitioners. The roundtable format emphasizes interaction between the faculty and the participants.

Back by popular demand, IWIRC (International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation) has assembled a stellar line-up of professionals to lead a morning session on Thursday, January 22 focused on women’s leadership in the restructuring arena.  This program includes a keynote by Judge Deanell Reece Tacha of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
