ABI's 2009 Chicago Consumer Bankruptcy Conference
ABI's 2009 Chicago Consumer Bankruptcy Conference will be held on October 12 at the Standard Club in Chicago. This day-long program will focus on current issues affecting debtors and creditors in the consumer realm. The program features a powerhouse lineup of bankruptcy judges, consumer attorneys and panel trustees. ABI's Scholar in Residence, Adam Levitin, will lead a lunchtime discussion on current legislative developments affecting consumers. Several sessions will be of particular interest to the committee.
