Materials from the New York City Bankruptcy Conference plenary session “ABI Landmark Fee Study: Moving-forward Analysis”

The 10th Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference, held May 12, featured a great mix of hot topics in bankruptcy including subprime issues, the ABI fee study, rights offerings, the changing players in chapter 11, and more.  The plenary session “ABI Landmark Fee Study: Moving-forward Analysis” continued the ongoing discussion regarding professional fees in bankruptcy cases.  Materials from the session included C.R. “Chip” Bowles’s paper on the fee study, which was included in the May 2008 Professional Compensation Committee newsletter (click here to reveiw the paper) as well as an outline by Prof. Stephen J.
