The Professional Compensation Committee will hold a session on Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. entitled “Current Trends and Perspectives in Connection with the Retention and Employment of Professional Persons under the Bankruptcy Code." Panelists will discuss decisions on rule 2014 disclosure and sanctions for failure to disclose as well as guidelines for the retention of a chief restructuring officer post-petition. Panelists will include Roberta A. DeAngelis of the Office of the U.S. Trustee in Philadelphia, Hon. Laurel M. Isicoff of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (S.D. Fla.) in Miami and Thomas A.
