Now in its eleventh year, ABI's New York City Bankruptcy Conference has outgrown its former facility and has moved to the spacious landmark New York Marriott Marquis. Bringing together a faculty of bankruptcy judges and practitioners from the top national insolvency firms, this day-long educational forum is designed to appeal to both experienced and new professionals. The expanded workshop format-now embracing 6 concurrent breakout sessions-allows for spirited exchange between panelist and attendee, and the flexible repeating format allows you to customize your personal learning experience.

Offered again is the primer course "Bankruptcy Fundamentals: Nuts & Bolts for Young and New Practitioners," held on the Friday before the conference. Updated to include recent case law under BAPCPA, an outstanding faculty of judges, academics and attorneys will explain the fundamentals of bankruptcy. Ramp up your young associates or expand the quiver of your new litigators with this one-day inclusive program.
