Welcome to the American Bankruptcy Institute Corporate Restructuring Competition. The purpose of the competition is to provide an opportunity for students from leading business schools to solve a hypothetical realistic business case of a distressed company, before an audience of experts in the turnaround/crisis management/restructuring industries.
In addition to the case presentations, there is a sponsored networking cocktail reception and a dinner with prominent keynote speaker, Prof. David A. Skeel, a former ABI Scholar and S. Samuel Arsht, Professor of Corporate Law at The University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
The interaction between student teams and industry professionals contributes to student development and to the professionalism of turnaround/crisis management.
Those who enter receive the case vehicle/problem by electronic mail one (1) week before the competition.
